Terms of Service

Welcome to Novela. By downloading, installing, or using the Novela mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Not create accounts with offensive or inappropriate usernames

2. Virtual Currency (Coins)

The App uses virtual currency ("Coins") to unlock premium content:

• Coins are purchased through Google Play in-app purchases
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused Coins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing and rewards at any time

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All novels, translations, artwork, and other content available through the App are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree to:

• Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content
• Not use automated tools to scrape, download, or copy content
• Not circumvent any content protection or access control measures
• Respect the intellectual property rights of authors and translators

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content in reviews or comments
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or rankings
• Create multiple accounts to exploit rewards or promotions

5. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a premium plan:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

6. Daily Rewards and Promotions

Daily check-in rewards, reading streaks, and promotional offers are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any rewards program without prior notice.

7. Downloads and Offline Reading

Downloaded chapters are for personal offline reading only. Downloaded content:

• Remains subject to these Terms
• May not be shared, distributed, or transferred
• May be removed if your account is terminated

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing bitos.tox@gmail.com. Upon deletion:

• Your account data will be permanently removed within 30 days
• Any remaining Coins or active subscriptions will be forfeited
• Downloaded content will become inaccessible

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
